The English are crazy
Oasis better then the Beatles? Seriously? A British ‘greatest album of all time’ contest has Oasis’ “Definitely Maybe” ahead of the Beatles’ “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Band”. Now I’m a fan of Oasis and “Definitely Maybe” brings back fond memories of flannel shirts, jeans and chain wallets but there is no way Oasis made a better album then the Beatles. I mean come on English people. For my money the best album in the announced top ten, the album which should have been number one, is Nirvana’s “Nevermind”. Best album ever. Period. I had to get another copy of it because I wore the first one out.
