Did you know you can bet on how long Billy Joel will take to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl? I'm not sure exactly why I didn't know that but I didn't. Apparently Bodog.com has the over/under at 1 minute 44 seconds, which is fairly long. Deadspin spins (ha) this as a Billy Joel singing the anthem story but I'm much more intrigued by the betting aspect. Winning that little wager would be a nice way of kicking off a pretty big betting day. My gambling friends, feel free to weigh in in the comments (here's looking at you The Cooler and Don Magic Juan). Anyone done for a little side bet on how long it takes Billy Joel to belt it out? Daddy needs a new pair of shoes.

I got 5 on it that says he goes over, oh and also, To the COOLER, who will as of late remain unamed, go by a rabits foot of some sort before that vegas call comes, as for another thing, I got a job, yes its official, Im back in the game of pimpin’, no surprise there, oh yeah and seriously ill take the over, even though its a ridiculous bet, let me know if I won a beer from a dc bar to be named at a later date. Also a side note for citizen jake, our indoor team won a game two days ago 36-4, and we played the second half left footed….it was quite the confidence boost
