Hang in there Old Man
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that my Old Man is currently in the hospital recovering from knee replacement surgery that he had on Tuesday. He's holding in there, tolerating the pain like all the men in our family (that would be me and him) are known to do. The doctor said it was the worst knee he's ever seen, which sounds about right (males in the family are renowned for our reluctance to seek medical treatment). Anyway he's doing well and should be released on Friday. Here's wishing him a speedy recovery.
The Old Man and I enjoy going to various big sporting events (we've been to a lot), the most recent event being the Big Game between #1 Ohio State and #2 Michigan (Don't mention the final score. Or USC. Or Florida for that matter). To that end, here's a fairly cool time-lapse video of the Horseshoe filing up with fans and then the game and then clearing out. Looking forward to the next thing we go to Old Man; hopefully with the new knee you'll be able to stand/walk like a normal person.
