I would throw up

Ogged puts together what Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps’ diet would look like if he only ate at McDonalds (note: Phelps eats between 8,000-10,000 calories a day):

Breakfast:
2 Big Macs
1 Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese
1 Medium Fries

Mid-morning snack:
2 Big Macs
1 Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese
1 Medium Fries

Lunch:
2 Big Macs
1 Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese
1 Medium Fries

Mid-afternoon snack:
2 Big Macs
1 Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese
1 Medium Fries

Dinner:
2 Big Macs
1 Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese
1 Medium Fries

For those keeping score at home thats 10 Big Macs, 5 Quarter Pounder’s w/Cheese and 5 Medium Fries. A day. Morgan Spurlock would have nothing on Phelps.
