Following in the footpaths of Rep. Chris Van Hollen, Senator Cardin answered one of my questions in a Washington Post chat today:
Chevy Chase, MD: Senator I was proud to vote for you. Can you help me get a job on the Hill?
Sen. Ben Cardin: (Laughs). I’m always prepared to try to help constituents.
If he had broken out a “LOL” I probably wouldn’t have voted for him again.
