Cokie: Hawaii too exotic
I think I’m going to have to break up the “stupidest story/comment of the campaign season” contest into two catogories, “Print” and “TV”. We’ve already got our leading contender for “Print” thanks to Amy Chozick, now Cokie Roberts steps up to the plate for “TV”. Here’s what Cokie said on Sunday’s This Week on ABC:
I don’t know whats funnier/sadder/stupider, that Cokie thinks Hawaii is too exotic or that she recommends Myrtle Beach. Ladies and gentlemen, Cokie Roberts! Thanks for bringing her to us every week ABC.
And she’s the child of two members of Congress, too.
