Marc Andreessen invests in TPM Media
Josh Marshall and TPM Media got a nice little investment from Marc Andreessen in the range of $500k to $1 million. That lines up nicely with the recent news that TPM was hiring seven new editorial staffers. I’ve been surprised that this hasn’t generated more commentary, it kinda seems like a big deal to me. Also, I vaguely remember Josh Marshall making some snide remarks about other, venture-funded, media sites. Guess he changed his mind on that.
