The Daily Beast did some research and came up with the books President Obama has read since the start of the 2008 campaign. Not a bad list, though I might have expected better. Tom Friedman AND Fareed Zakaria? Thats more then enough stale conventional wisdom.

Senator Obama’s appearance on The Daily Show Wednesday led to its highest ratings ever, 3.6 million people (myself included natch) tuned in. The previous record was set October 8th when the guest was…Michelle Obama.
