I don’t know what “it” is but he’s got it:

Hmm, I thought this was the last season of Scrubs but apparently they might jump to ABC for season 8. via
I’m a pretty big fan of Zach Braff (older Scrubs episodes are the best, Garden State was great) but I can honestly say I’m not as big a fan as this guy is. Good luck with all that pal.

Tucked into the bottom of this story on the possible cancellation of Law & Order is the news that Scrubs might be switching from NBC to ABC. I don't care who shows it, just keep it on the air.
Dinner and drinks are on you Zach Braff:
The actor has cut a one-year deal with "Scrubs" producer ABC TV Studio that will pay him about $350,000 per episode for the 2007-08 season of "Scrubs," sources said. Each season consists of about two dozen episodes.
Braff's deal is contingent on NBC picking up the show for a seventh year, which is expected, notwithstanding its lowly season-to-date viewership of 6.9 million people, according to Nielsen Media Research.
Scrubs is right up there as one of my favorite shows and so I'm hoping it gets renewed. I've got the old DVR to record every episode that comes on during the day (its on something like 6 times a day). Having said that, the early to mid Scrubs episodes are far superior to the current ones; in discussing this with one of my friends who is also a Scrubs aficionado we both agreed that show has almost become a parody of itself and that J.D. (Braff) needs to stop using that annoying voice thing that he's taken to using all the time.
Oh and this will make your head spin: according to the linked article above, Charlie Sheen, he of the unwatchable Two And A Half Men, pulls in $350,000 per episode. I mean really people.
You've waited all week and its finally here: The Friday Random Ten! Oh I can't wait. Lets see what we got in store for you. Same rules apply, I'm just pressing shuffle and seeing what comes up. Inspired, as always, by Jill at Feministe. Without further ado,
1. Mase - Will They Die 4 U? A disappointing start. An alright song; despite having two CDs worth of his music on my iPod, I'm really not that much of a Mase fan. Lets move on.
2. Nirvana - All Apologies Here we go, not my favorite Nirvana song but still fantastic. I miss you Kurt. Quite possible I have more Nirvana stuff then any other band/singer. His diary/notes/sketches that they released a couple years ago as a book is kinda cool/weird by the by.
3. Gnarls Biggie - Just a Party and Bullshit Off a pretty tight Gnarls Barkley and Biggie Smalls mash-up called Sound Advice. Google "Gnarls Biggie" and "Sound Advice" and you won't be disappointed, I promise.
4. Bon Jovi - Just Older (Live) I like Bon Jovi. So sue me.
5. KC and the Sunshine Band - That's the Way I Like It Hate this song. Not sure how it got on to my iPod. Oh I see, part of the Scrubs Season 3 soundtrack. I should be more careful. 3 minutes of torture.
6. Oasis - Stand By Me Whatever happened to Oasis? Are they still putting out new stuff? Wasn't there some ridiculous poll where the British said Oasis was better then the Beatles? Clearly that's not right. Still quite good though, even if the two brothers are insane.
7. Hootie and the Blowfish - Only Wanna Be With You I'm a huge Hootie fan. Very good CD. They were at the top of the music world for a while but that didn't last. Doesn't hurt that they are friends of the TK Stackmoney show. The video for this song was quite good as I recall.
8. Jay Z - Moment of Clarity The Black Album, where this song came off of, is a masterpiece. Kinda wish Jay had gone out on that one, would have been like Jordan leaving after making that shot against the Suns in '98 (I was at that game by the by). Great album, every song is good, if not great.
9. Outkast - So Fresh So Clean Now we're on a good role. Another great song off another great album. The early to mid Outkast stuff is untouchable.
10. Nappy Roots Po' Folks A very catchy song. I think these guys were technically two-hit wonders, though for the life of me I can't remember the second song. They came to my college to preform, my junior year I believe, but no one really showed up for the concert. They were still pretty good just the demographics were all wrong.
There you have it. See ya next week.
